The Reverend Edmund Kwaah Amankonah is the Minister in Charge of the Emmanuel Presbyterian Mission Church.
Rev. Amankonah holds a Diploma in biblical studies from Christian Service University College in Ghana, a diploma in Theology from the University of Ghana, and a bachelor's degree in theology and Administration. He has a BA(Hons) major in theology and a minor in Administration.
He has served as a deliverance coordinator in the Presbyterian Church since 2006 till present in Africa and abroad. A marriage Counselor with a certificate in marriage counseling from the University of Ghana.
He was also an associate minister for five years under an experienced and able minister from 2012-2017 in Ghana, and in charge of a Congregation in Asokore Mampong where the Lord used him to transform the Church. Improved upon the membership and finances of the Church in a period of one year.
He was used by the Lord to prophesy against the prevailing Spirit of death which claimed over 15 students in the diaspora the high school called Kumasi Academy in 2018.
Also in charge of the Presbyterian Western Mission Field in California and the Lord used him to transform the Church to become a District head 2019 and 2022.
He was put in charge of a Congregation and three preaching points. Within five years the Lord used him to increase the strength and capacity of the preaching points to congregational Status to have Six Congregations and one newly established preaching point.
With 10 years of experience as an Ordained minister and an outstanding two years probation period after my Commission.
He holds a Master's degree in Divinity from Trinity Theological Seminary in Legon Ghana.
It is our prayer that the good Lord will lead him and guide us to achieve greater success in His ministry.
He is empowered by the Holy Spirit and motivated by God’s love for humanity as demonstrated in the work of His son Jesus Christ, to offer selfless and Christ centered leadership for God’s people; employing sound, practical biblical teachings, and prayers to nurture and empower God’s people so they can position themselves well as actively committed believers of the Christian faith and partners of God’s mission on earth; partners who will be ready to affect the world with the word of God.

The Minister, Presbyters and the entire members of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Emmanuel Presbyterian Mission Church welcome you in the name of God the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. We are a bible believing church which upholds the Reformed tradition.
Our vision is to be a Christ Centered, Self-Sustaining and Growing Church by upholding the centrality of the Word of God and through the enablement of the Holy Spirit, pursue a holistic ministry so as to bring all of God’s creation to glorify Him.
The leaders and members of this great church are bounded in the unity and love of Christ: building healthy relations among ourselves and with the Christian fraternity not forgetting the larger society.
Above all, we are committed to the Great Commission as given by Our Lord Jesus Christ, sending us and all believers to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything He has commanded us, believing that He is with us always to the very end of the age(Mat. 28:19-20) .
